I would just like to take the time to give all of you who keep logging into and viewing this site an update on Chris's case. The fight to clear Chris's name goes on but the wheels of justice do move incredibily slowly. However, they are moving and in a forward motion. Chris's legal team continue their hard work in an effort to get justice for Chris and both he and I would like to thank them for their continuing hard work. I continue to vist Chris once a month and postal communication between us both continues on a twice weekly basis. Chris is doing quite well at the moment and is working hard reviewing his case notes in an effort to be able to offer his legal team as much assistance as possible. Messages of support continue to be received via this site and all are printed out and sent to Chris. Please continue to send messages of support as they all help to keep Chris's morale up and they are all very much appreciated.

Just a note to say that the company or person running our petition, www.petitionthem.com, appears to have been disbanded, losing our petition and many others, along with all of the 396 signatures that we collected. I have now set up a new petition, can I please ask all previous signee's to resign the new one if at all possible. details can be found on our 'Petition' page.

Things are finally moving with regard to the enquiry which started in March 2010 and I am hoping that in the next few weeks this enquiry will be finalised. The enquiry may well lead to a dead end or it may well lead to the result we are looking for. Whichever, all leads have to and will be thoroughly followed up.

Information received earlier this year with regard to the disappearance of FRED MOSS has now been fully researched and a report has been handed in to the police for further investigation. The JFCN campaign team are trusting that the police will act swiftly, honestly and fairly and further updates will be issued as soon as possible.
