First of all to Chris.....Stay stong and keep fighting, you truly amaze me with your ability to cope with all of this. Your fortitude, your calm acceptance, your perseverance and your determination to fight on reminds me of the attitude of the soldiers who had to go to fight to protect our country at times of war. It was their attitude, their perseverance and their strength that helped them win the war and put the 'Great' into Great Britain. There should be more people like you around, people who do not crumble when the going gets tough, people who are strong and can fight for their rights, calmly and logically, people who believe in themselves, and then maybe our country could become 'Great' again. With the continued help of your support group Chris, we will fight on. Stay strong, keep fighting, we will win.
To Chris's friends, family and supporters, Thank You! Your help gives Chris the will to go on and keep fighting. Please continue to send him messages of support. Each and every one gives him the morale boost he needs. Thank you also for continuing to look at this site. I have updated it and when time allows, for I am working on many aspects of this case, not just this website, I will be putting more and more information on to it which I do not doubt will cast more and more doubt on this conviction. CHRIS IS INNOCENT, and one day this will be proved.

First of all I would like to say Hi to Chris. I first met Chris in HMP Bedford. I was very surprised whe i found out he was in for murder. He seemed a very calm, placid, genuine chap. This does not prove his innocence, it is just my first and last opinion of Chris.Justice! Police! Jury's! Ermm I was held in prison for 7 months and spent most of that time with Chris. If Chris was guilty then I am a fool. My job is reading people and I have been very good at that all my life. I am no judge and certainly no jury! But we can only base a case of this magnitude on concrete evidence, not on a phone call or the word of a convicted child abuser (the animal!). I am not writing this as a friend of Chris, but as a neutral. I was found not guilty within twenty minutes by jury? but held as a criminal for seven months. So to hell with the police, and the jury's and the judges. May the truth come out and whatever that may be then peace be with you all. People in glass houses should not throw stones. To the family of Fred Moss, I pray that you find a way to cope every day since the disappearance of your son. That must be one of the hardest things imaginable. My thoughts are with you all on both unfortunate sides in this time. God bless you all!

Please let me start by saying that I have signed the petition. There are area's of concern in this case, which were, no doubt, explored to some degree during the trial. It is no mean feat to find an innocent man guilty at trial. The jury are just people like you and me who make up their minds based on available evidence. Most people on this site are outraged at the outcome of this trial. The available evidence on site supports that conclusion. I have signed the petition in good faith. i sincerely hope you get the numbers you need and I sincerely hope that justice, whatever the truth, is served.
To the family of Fred, my sincerest condolances to you, especially his parents. Losing a loved one, whatever the circumstances, is one of the most painful things we have to endure in life. To lose a son at such a young age in circumstances such as these-I cannot imagine.

This is the biggest set up and not even staged very well. What a vile set of *****the police are. Comments made regarding him changing his statement once his phone was checked are typical of the do gooders passing judgement on what they want to hear. The evidence they found in the dog kennel is no more evidence than more corruption. Mental health reports hidden......what on earth for? More corruption! Chris also needs to face the fact that his so called defence team have also been in on the corruption. This is the 3rd case of this I have seen this year alone. Corrupt cops, Corrupt CPS, Corrupt defence, Corrupt Judge.

I personally know Darren Horner, have done for eleven years. I also know both the girls he abused and he would have said anything to get out of Bedford as he had a serious cannabis problem. He is extremely manipulative and used you to get his sentence reduced. I also know he was pretending to be gay to suck you in. I feel for you and hope that this gets resolved.

First of all I am constantly fighting outmoded ideas around the death penalty (comment made earlier) (now removed) and am disgusted that it still exists in our society today. An 'eye for an eye' does not solve anything. Good luck Chris, I wish you well in you and your legal team proving your innocence.

I do not know Chris Nudds and like everybody else do not know if he is guilty or not. However, how the police managed to get a conviction on this evidence is staggering. How can the jury that convicted this man sleep at night.? Good luck to you and your campaign team.

Very well reasoned, I don't see why this case wasn't thrown out, if the facts are correct, on points of law. While it is nasty to speculate, it sounds like someone else from a certain 'community' Fred Moss was from were from looking for a scapegoat, or as you say he has chosen to just vanish. No body, planted implements. That sounds reasonable that these matters are not concrete. So......just telephone evidence is enough-not sure about that. I wish Mr Chris Nudds all the best. If the facts here are true, it's amazing. I'm more astounded that if the police are conniving, how can they put a career before a real killer, who may do this again. Words fail me.

The police will attempt to send anyone down. If they have no one else to convict, if they only got one person they are going to try and pin it on him, aren't they? That is sickening and annoying. Why don't they go out and find real evidence instead of just saying 'oh its him because he is the only suspect they have. I hope all goes well, good luck to him and his family and friends.

There is nothing to support this conviction. It is all rumour, innuendo, suspicion and gossip. And that, unfortunately, runs through every single wrongful conviction in this country. Typical Canbridge Evening News reponse to someone who might be innocent. They are so scared to offend the big wigs at Cambridge courts they have, again, as always, slammed someone who is fighting for their freedom. Not so long ago they were slagging of the Cambridge hostel workers who got jailed, but soon changed their story when they were found innocent. Good luck to you Chris, but remember, its a bad gamble pleading innocence if you really are guilty, the parole board have long memories. But if you are innocent-then best wishes from me at hatchpen??

It must be awful to know you are innocent and be told you will serve life. I feel sorry for Chris's family as I feel that they will, in a way, also serve his sentence. The truth will come out one day as it always does. I hope then that Chris's family and friends can start to rebuild their lives. It sounds as if Chris has been set up. What is sad is that if someone has done this to him what they don't understand is that they have destroyed a lot of peoples lives. I hope they can live with that.

I spent six months in the same cell as Chris. He told me everything about the case and not once did I doubt that he is completely innocent. He was framed. Sign the petition and help make a difference.
